The Point Grill - Columbiana

I ordered a 19$ shrimp Alfredo to go. I get to my boat, inspect my meal, checking for more shrimp since there are only 3 in my box. I return to the store to tell them and was ACCUSED OF EATING THE SHRIMP. I wish I had a picture. I really didn?t expect the horrible customer service I received. I was originally denied my refund or more food because ?I had left with my food?. Needless to say, I didn?t know I need to check it before I walked out!? I left for a total of 5 ish minutes and it?s a long walk down the pier back . I?m in food service assure you would never be treated like this in a restaurant where I?m serving you! I will be in touch with the manager. I did get my money back after refusing to leave. Should have asked for my tip back as well. 0/5 stars if I could.

BE WARE!!!! This place has a lot of dishonest people. My advise to you is check the address and how far before ordering This people either the owner or who ever is the manager here are !!! SCAMMERS !!!. This is my story, I ordered food here while on the phone I ask for the address which they tried to rush me to take my card information and quickly hang up as soon as the card information was in their possession. That is me calling back 1 minute later they sounded so desperate for $39 oh the food has been ordered already I ask is this pre made that is ready 'in a matter of seconds? Lol! I consider that I bought a friend some lunch guess the manner they behaved I was afraid of my card information and had to call fraud hotline to cancel my card. I paid for the order that I will never receive but prevented any further withdrawal from The point grill honestly I was scarred they will empty my account the way they acted. I even pleaded with them to send the order to another point grill closer to me where I don 't have to drive hours for $39 meal they said when ordered seconds later they have the monopoly of your card. Good Luck!! I think many people will not fall in your trap. So prepare food in seconds? ? carry on keep fooling those who will fall in your TRAP! Have a good day too

Like all other places of business they are short staffed yet everyone was great and the food was excellent. Just please be patient with the wait staff they are working so hard.

Wow!! Great fish close to home!! I had the fish basket?the white fish was battered fried(my choice), very fresh and delicious!! The portions were more than I could eat!! It came with fries, hush puppies and coleslaw?-Coleslaw needed to be sweeter more dressing but other than that , it was terrific! My husband ordered the mahi tacos which he really enjoyed as well. I just wish they used Dori or other white fish instead of tilapia. I will be coming here more often instead of waiting to go to Pensacola Beach for fresh fish!! I will bring my friends here also since their birthdays are coming up!!

Boat access and gas available at the docks. They have an outdoor area where you can sit with your well behaved dog. The food was good. We will be back.
