Smoke Worx Street Cuisine - Columbiana

Our experience at the food truck at Birdfish Brewery was excellent. Despite being out of buns and fresh fried pork rinds, the friendly young lady who took our order explained that they had taken the opening on short notice and were not fully stocked. She offered to substitute soft taco shells for the buns, which worked out well. We ordered a hickory smoked brisket sandwich, loaded fries, pulled pork sandwich, fair fries, and a side of cilantro lime slaw. The brisket sandwich was amazing, topped with cheddar cheese, fried jalapenos, onions, and smoked garlic aioli. The fair fries were crispy and perfectly salted, while the loaded fries were topped with pulled pork, beer cheese, and shredded cheddar, and were incredibly delicious. The pulled pork was tender and smoky, and the cilantro lime slaw had a nice kick to it. We can't wait to visit this food truck again at a future event. They definitely have our business.
