Us Wings Deli - Columbia

Called at 9:40 something as I was sitting in the parking lot in front of the door Guy inside mopping says they stop taking order at 9:45 when I been told I have to come in after 9:30 to make a order. The open sign was on and I had to call 3 times bc Iwatched him pick up the first two times and hang up me as I?m sitting in front of the store.

Worst experience ever!! I placed a Togo order online (also paid online) and went to pick it up but the door was locked. However they weren?t supposed to close until another 20mins. The young guy that was working the cash register locked the door when heseen my car pull up then he proceeded to Ignore me and my friend at the door. I kept trying to let him know I had a paid orderbut he continued to clean the lobby and ignore us. He eventually opened the door and I explained to him how I paid for my orderonline and I would like to speak to the manager and get a refund because I lost my appetite after the horrible customer service.The ?manager? looked at me like he didn?t care or understand why I was upset but told me ?you need to contact doordash for therefund? so doordash did refund me after giving me a hard time as well but I?ll never recommend this restaurant to anyone theydo not care about their customers.

Messed up my order. I clearly stated on the phone that I only wanted lettuce cheese and ham and they gave me everything. I am deathly allergic to tomatoes. Not worth the $13 spent. The restaurant was also very loud and noisy will kids running around andcussing very loudly.

DO NOT EAT HERE. They are always ruining peoples orders and then have the audacity to have a sign at the restaurant that states you can?t have your food remade or a refund after they screw up your order. They know they?re trash and don?t want to takeaccountability for anything so they put up a sign to try and and relieve them of any responsibility. Trash establishment, evenmore trash people working there.

Never will I ever eat here again! I 'm 8 months pregnant, wobbling/walking up to their door at 9:45pm (they close at 10pm) and an employee inside sees me coming and runs to the door, locks it, and walks away before I could get there. The 'open ' light wasstill on! Listen, I 'm a very nice person and I don 't take well to rudeness.
