We really liked today! very friendly customer service...cappucinno and tea were fantastic, but there were the gluten-free baked treats that stole the show! we had a chocolate cream cheese filled croissant, which was served warm....credible! and a wonderful almond chocolate booy. best gluten-free pastries I've ever had! will be safe again!!

I visited the bakery for the first time yesterday! I drove all the way from Goodlettsville to taste their gluten-free cake for our wedding. Holy smoke! Your gluten-free cakes and muffins are better than any cake I had! What a blessing is to eat my own wedding cake with my gluten allergy. the staff is so friendly and very helpful. They really go beyond and beyond to make the day of their customers! I will be regular, even with the hour plus drive they are just THAT GOOD!

We love the windmill sometimes as treats, we stop for hot chocolate and cinnamon rolls before school. The baked goods are always delicious my personal favorite is the bacon, cheese and jalapeno muffin! I work in Nashville and I love working gluten-free cakes from the windmill parties everyone is always enthusiastic!

I was so happy to visit this bakery today. As someone with celiac disease it is hard to go to a bakery and enjoy everything without risking cross-contamination. You have a separate room for the Gf Baking! It's amazing! Everyone was so nice and went out to help me. I even have a personal tour through the kitchen. Thanks Windmill! I am very excited to place a special order. Thank you for offering me the opportunity to enjoy a delicious bakery without a risk of illness! You have no idea how great this is!

Had the best experience not only with the products (jalapeño mozzarella bread, pumpkin orange pound cake and individual cheesecakes) but also the staff! This is definitely something to get behind and will now be my go to. You guys keep doing what you do because it is amazing!
