Starbucks - Columbia

They need to stop hiring d and careless undergrads as workers. They will have 7 employees just preparing drinks yet have a line out the door; 4-5 people waiting for drinks and still prepare them wrong. They clearly spend more time talking with their friends that walk in than learning their job. Walk the extra 2-3 blocks if you can and go to the one on 9th street.

They are usually pretty quick with the constant influx on students throughout the day. The store is usually clean and the recent renovations help keep it a modern environment as well. Not a lot of seating within the store but Memorial has plenty of room to sit down and enjoy your drink. I have never had a wrong order here and customer service is good as well.

Clean and fast service.

Service was not up to snuff.
