Bidra med feedbackIce is always a creamy very tasty. NICE! Sandwiches made fresh, but the staff needs training on what comes to everyday life: Double Cheeseburger. We ordered two sandwiches that made repeated enquiries to avoid adding mustard picks. The sandwich doesn't come with mustard. We got the sandwiches freshly made, no pickles, so no discomfort there, but sandwiches were filled with mustard together with ketchup onions. Please learn the menu.
Had seen my favorite car in a while, Kierra. always good customer service and always a smile on her face. Need more workers like them.
Last night went through the drive thru and the truck before me was asked to wait for their food. Me too. After about 10 minutes waiting time I got the wrong order. I went to a stable and let her know. 15 minutes pass and nothing. I'll push the button back and they'll tell me? the order is on the tray, it? Still another 15 minutes go by and still nothing, so after pressing the button again and see that the truck that got my food comes their food before me, the manager came out. He said they would take my order back, I've already said that my food was made and to come out. They always lied and just let me sit there, they stared at me and if I didn't push the button that nobody would be? ve has ever fixed my problem.
Service is the worst. They have a lot of cars that are given up after the order when they serve the people in time. Why raise people? Service them easy! Do not have corporate thinking that your service times are fast when you wait a parking lot boring from people!
Even for places that are this consistently inaccurate, I?m not one to post a review, but it?s important people know this. The staff will intentionally give you the wrong food banking that you won?t pull around to the window again to get it corrected. They get the order right maybe 20% of the time (I?ve never been to this spot with more than 2 people) and I?ve always thought it to be impossible that they are just wrong this often. Tonight I went, ordered and confirmed my order at the window. They brought me the smallest, cheapest, burger they sell and ran back inside before I could look. I pulled back around to the window and the girl told me, ?see, now I told them you?d notice the difference.? They know they are giving out the wrong food. And even after pulling back around to get it corrected, they still gave me the wrong order. I ordered 1 single burger. They just don?t care. Save your time and money. I won?t be back here and Sonic is my favorite fast food burger.
