Roof Top Lounge - Columbia

1st let me say Virginia and Sydni were Extremely nice and as helpful as possible. Now, Everything else, I ordered the New York strip, medium. I must say, this was the worst steak I've ever had. It was extremely dry and clearly had no seasoning anywhere throughout the meat.I had the young ladies find me some steak sauce in hopes of just being able to drown it and tolerate it. Unfortunately, that was no better. I finally gave up and ordered buffalo wings and a hot fudge brownie with ice cream to go. The wings came with zero sauce Which I honestly don't know if that was an error on the kitchen or Virginia when she was typing it in) and the brownie was ice cold. At that point I was thoroughly upset! The rooms do not have microwaves so what was I supposed to do with an ice cold brownie and ice cream???? Syndi offered to take it downstairs and warm it up for me which she did. I asked that the steak be removed from my bill, and it was after they called and got a manager's approval. I honestly don't know what would have happened if they could not get ahold of a manager.. if I ever stay here again, I will drink here but I definitely won't eat here.

We had a really nice stay at the Sheraton Hotel. On the top floor, there is a rooftop bar and lounge with awesome views and a really chill atmosphere! We befriended the bartenders, Kendra and Jessica, and had a good time overall. The drinks were delicious and just enough. That rooftop bar has the best views of any hotel in the city. Will definitely be back.

This place was ok it was a nice place to over look the city and have a couple of drinks. The food was ok along with the drinks. I had the Thai drink which I didn't care for, I wouldn't have it again. I also had their Caramel Appletini, which tasted like cough medicine. I would stick with drinks that are well known like a White Russian they did well with those.
