Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Columbia

Eating was good and for a family of 8 they have everything right for us which is rare. the only thing that threw me away from a 5 star is the guy who screamed outside so we didn't get in. He scared our children and we think he would have asked to go.

I went to this place the other day, I went inside since the drive thru was taking too long. Once I went in I still had to wait in line for about 15 min to put in my order. I put in my order and waited 45 min for my food and once I got my food it was black because the grease was old they decided to change the greese right after they gave me my food. They were out of drinks and straws!! What kind of fast food place runs out of straws? ? The service was horrible and I RECOMMEND NO ONE GO TO THIS POPEYES!! And make the trip to the Southside Popeyes bc u will never have these problems over there! It was so disappointing and I don't want anyone else to have that horrible experience.

I love this restaurant, but the day I went, it seemed as if they were from almost everything except chicken and kartoffel and pommes. they were even from the sweet tee. but it's a good place.

I don't know if service could possibly get any more rude. The person at the driv-thru window never said a single word to me and was completely rude. Fries were old and the chicken tenders were not flavorful. I've had Popeyes on occasion and some experiences have been pretty good, but after the rudeness of staff and mediocre chicken, I'll spend my money elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

We did a chicken strip challenge with 11 restaurants. I figured Popeyes would win hands down. The chicken strips were mediocre at best. For a place known for having chicken, their strips did not even beat Arby's.
