Papa John's - Columbia

Always good customer service and high quality pizzas at any time I go there!!! Mgmt was a plus around him since his days at Devine Street!!

After spending an hour and a half on the phone trying to find a restaurant or a delivery app to make a food delivery to my very sick brother at Richland Hospital, the guys at Papa John?s were amazing!!!! After spending the day in the ER with no food, I love out of town and couldn?t get food to him. Called Papa Johns and the delivery guy, Frances, was OUTSTANDING!!!!! Can?t thank him enough for all his help!!! And the manager, Dominic (May not have his name correct, and I apologize) but he was excellent as well!!!! I just can?t thank the two of them enough!!!

The pizza and wings were fine. I asked for it to be cut square. No big deal that it wasn't. But someone there was trying to be funny. Cut my large pizza into 17 slivers of pizza and not even all the way through. So that every slice tips apart bc they are so thinly sliced

I ordered pizza on two separate occasions from here, and both were delivered by a driver who will not be named. The first time it was delivered in a timely manner, except that this driver gave me someone else 's order. Papa John 's gave me a free pizza redemption that I haven 't been able to redeem. The second time, it was way worse. According to the app it was supposed to be delivered by 12:30pm (I ordered around 11am and wasn 't worried about an hour wait). At 1pm, I get a call from this driver, who, after delivering to my residence once before, proceeded to tell me that her GPS was wrong and that they couldn 't find me. I spent an hour trying to give directions, all while they blatantly lied to me about taking a left to go towards when I know they 're going the wrong way. They didn 't get to my residence until 3pm, with the pizza being cold, and then began to discuss politics and talking down to me for my age. I had already called Papa John 's once before with this driver, and I didn 't want to take it out on the manager knowing that the drivers are the problem. If you really want to go to Papa John 's, just go pick it up, don 't bother getting it delivered.

Carter's service was absolutely amazing today while grabbing my lunch for my entire staff I hope to see great things in his future
