Legacy Coffee Co. - Columbia

I give this coffee shop five star because of three things. 1. Great tasting coffee and food. The coffee itself taste great. You know that the beans are fresh because they roast their own coffee beans! They are so creative in their coffee based drinks too. It was my first time trying the Honey Lavender latte and it was so good! I had almond milk instead of the regular milk. It was great! Their lunch specials are also good. Coffee good, food good! 2. Excellent customerservice. Everyone is just so kind and helpful. The atmosphere us just filled with their kindness! It was a bit busy and my husband had to wait for few minutes and the owner said his coffee is free!!! Oh if you are an essential worker, youget a discount! 3. The atmosphere and seating. Inside the coffee shop is wonderful because it?s clean and the chairs are so comfortable to sit in. The restroom is also clean! One thing that I loved even more is that in every pound of coffeeyou buy, a dollar goes to their mission. Oh they wear masks and have markings for social distancing. The seats are also distanced. They have a hand sanitizer in the counter too.

Amazing customer service, wonderful coffee, and very relaxing atmosphere. Even after spending 15 minutes in the drive through, the owner was so nice and apologetic. You can?t find a better place with better service!

UPDATE: There is now a different store in this (corner) location. I'm glad Legacy commented on my review (below) because their shop is actually in the same parking lot, just a few doors down now. ?? ???????? I absolutely love this place! I was in the area for some other errands and stopped in briefly to get a takeout coffee. The environment is very cozy and inviting. The team made it a memorable experience in a great way! There are lots of menu options for coffee, so it couldbe overwhelming, but the teammates at the counter made it easy and fun to narrow it down to what I wanted to order. Best part, it was delicious! I can?t remember what I ordered the first time, but I?ll definitely be back!

Speaking as someone who is pretty hard on coffee shops (I used to be a barista) this was maybe the best experience I?ve had at a coffee shop. The coffee I got was a little too sweet for my taste honestly, but the whole customer service aspect was crazy. The guy was so nice and worked patiently with me to recommend something, and there?s even a teacher discount. It was just an incredible hospitality experience and for that I will 1000% recommend this place.

Legacy Coffee Co is the best coffee in Middle Tennessee! The staff is friendly, personable, and well-trained. The coffee is delicious and the owner, Josh, goes out of his way to connect with his customers and serve the community. Every time we travel to see family, we bring bags of the delicious, air-roasted coffee and it doesn't last long!
