La Terraza Mexican Grill - Columbia

I really have to criticism. Our waiter was an older guy who was attentive and entertaining (I don't hear well and had to pay attention with accent). We were seated quickly. The food was cheap and good. The salsa was great and my burrito had a hint of nutmeg which I've never tasted in Mexican food before but I enjoyed it.

Excellent authentic Mexican food. Chips and salsa is delicious. Great Magaritas! I had the Lengua, it was amazingly good!!!!!!!!

Oh, please don?t waste your dining experience on this establishment. Service was good and wait staff was attentive, but the food was sub standard. Number 3 lunch lists as 2 corn tortillas filled with chicken. We both received one chicken and one beef. ?????Rice and beans were cold while the corn tortillas were tough. I?ve NEVER had a bad margarita at a Mexican restaurant?.until today. And at $5.50 those were WAY overpriced. Been there. Done that. Never need to go again.

La Terraza is an excellent options for Mexican food in west Columbia. We just went to our second visit there and was not disappointed. Service was quick and accurate. I asked for additional spicy salsa and was provided two different ones. Our steak burrito and polo ranchero were delicious and flavorful. Restaurant was clean, staffs were friendly.

Pretty good if you are on stadium. My fajitas were HUGE, and came with a ton of great tortillas (corn or flour), but all of the meat was tough and dry and poorly seasoned. My wife's burrito came with a generous amount of queso, but the meat inside was also dry and tough and overall the portion was rather stingy for the price. Service was very good. Waitress was on the ball and the manager checked up on us as well.
