Arby's - Columbia

I was disappointed to find out that the nearby restaurant no longer had potato cakes. With limited options, I ended up ordering a double beef and cheddar sandwich for $8. It was much smaller than I expected, with less meat than a junior cheeseburger from McDonald's. I won't be returning to this restaurant again.

The staff was short-staffed today, but those who were working did a great job. Thank you.

I went through the drive-thru and placed my order. The person repeated the order back to me. When my wife opened her food, there was salad and tomato instead of mayo and tomato, which was what was supposed to be in the packaging.

This restaurant is a disaster, do not bother coming here. They got my order wrong and I couldn't make it back in time to get it fixed.

Adrian was at the front counter. He was friendly, cheerful, and offered helpful recommendations for additional menu items. I believe more people should strive to provide service as good as his.
