Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Ordered the fresh BERRY French toast. What they gave me is honestly trash I have been to plenty of other Cracker Barrels and have never had it look like this. I am not from here so just ordered from the closest one. If I would have known it was going to be like this I would’ve went to the one further away. Attached picture so you can see the supposedly French toast.

We both had the sampler with the meatloaf and the chicken and dumplings.. The dumplings were chewy the meatloaf was still pink my hash brown casserole was barely warm... The atmosphere was alright outside of a few children running around around tables and such... The waitress every time she disappeared was hard to find her to come back again and then the girl at the register wasn't as pleasant as you would expect..

My husband and I had poor service First of all, we had to ask where do we sit this was our first time there. The waitress was not friendly. It took forever to get our food, the waitress did offer my husband a refill on the coffee. The apples were cold, the service was terrible and the manager was not no better. $30.00 for bad service and lukewarm food. Never again

Had I known I’d only get 3 dumplings in my chicken and dumpling dinner, I wouldn’t have ordered! Very disappointed!
