Bidra med feedbackMy niece recommended this place since we were coming in from Fort Wayne. I’m picky about Mexican food. We came in right as they were closing at 2 on Friday afternoon. We didn’t realize they were closing. Tracy, the server, insisted we stay. She was so friendly and made sure we didn’t run out of anything. The salsa was actually full of flavor. The chips were a little hard but the second batch was better. The food was hot and delicious and more than enough to leave feeling full. The atmosphere wasn’t fancy or even all that nice but it is clear they put their money and time into the food and that is why I came here.
A colleague recommended that I try Señor Fajitas, a cozy little restaurant on main Street in Columbia City. I was pleasantly surprised by the inviting atmosphere and delicious food. Despite any reservations about the unassuming orange door, the experience inside is warm and welcoming, with a true mom-and-pop feel. The salsa was so good that I could have eaten it all night, and I regret not trying the queso. The tacos al pastor I ordered were excellent, with flavorful green salsa. My wife enjoyed her hard tacos with chicken, lettuce, tomato, and cheese. We both agreed that this was some of the best authentic Mexican food we've had in town. I highly recommend visiting Señor Fajitas to support local business owners and savor some fantastic food.
