Olive Garden Italian - Columbia

Yesterday I had a wonderful experience in olive garden thanks to our amazing server dakota! we all came in creepy as hell to be out in the snow trip and know that these nice workers did not want to be there, but they all did a great work. the food came fast, tasted great and the drinks even better? thanks for the great service!

I enjoy this place in the rule; but after today I don't think my family and I will come back to this place. we have been quoted about a 30-minute wait, we understand that this could be much more time and we are very understanding overall. After an hour we kindly asked ourselves what would be our waiting time and they told us that there were 3 before us. another 30 minutes went by and all in the lobby (which came after us were sitting. we once again wondered that they were scanned and scanned on their handy to show where we were, but we were not seeing somewhere. they brought us back immediately. now that they don't interfere in the regular, I'm very understand! it happens. but if they go with workers at the front and talk badly about customers, it looks rather unprofessional. gossip somewhere where customers can't hear them. We had a bad experience tonight when we brought our family to a nice dinner. we have shared our experience with the manager to get nothing in opposition, but hopefully improve the experiences of others in the future. I was absolutely impressed by how he treated it and it is so refreshing to see customer support at the top! we will definitely come back!

The service in this olive garden is really the best I have ever experienced at each of them. our waitress during this visit was beautiful and had perfect timing for any cure or refill and box and check. we hardly had to wait for something, and she checked if everything was in order. usually for chain restaurants my reviews start at 3 and go up or down. the service brought him to a star and the food was also great. Waitstaff were friendly and Jake our server was great. Salad fresh. My pasta was slightly over cooked but still good. Good parking. Decor upbeat. The lunch sized portion is more than enough and easier on the wallet. Lunch is served until 3.
