Wendy's - Colorado Springs

Daytime staff is great: 5star but6:30 employees are very rude! man needs help, the entire staff should be fired immediately! stood more than 5min as a girl at the counter and 3 youngs went by with headphones, ignored me either on their handy or cleaning to close. also sold from 3 seasons, chicken breast and got cold riders, this is completely unacceptable! when I came home, the chicken sandwiches were eclectic in mayo. I wanted to fix this and the whole personal ignored me. I had to scream out loud so that the manier could handle the problem. this location will solve customer business in the night, terrible service rude childish behavior. I'll go somewhere else when I see those employees again. the worst experience ever -5 stars

It looks as if they had trained a lot of newbies and it took a while to get our food, but it was good. Food: 4/5

Late afternoon but also wanted a frost. frosty was a thin shake, but it didn't matter. fries were cold, a problem at many fast food in these days does not play any role.

I have a special place in my heart for Wendy's. But they are pricy and i find myself going less and less. If you order off the dollar menu then your fine but paying near 15 bucks for a combo is insanity.
