Sacred Ground Cafe - Colorado Springs

I adore this restaurant because it is a charming, peaceful neighborhood coffee shop run by a family. The coffee and food are both delicious, and they offer locally sourced products as well. It's the ideal spot to stop by before or after exploring Bear Creek Cheyenne Canyon.

We had a stroke of luck during our visit to Sacred Grounds yesterday. We decided to stop in for a late afternoon snack and were greeted by Natasha, who chatted with us about our anniversary and travels. We decided to try the homemade Tiramisu and a delicious new find called honey cake, accompanied by a couple of glasses of Italian Pinot. We found a table for two outside and enjoyed the fresh air as we savored our desserts. For just $27 plus a tip, we left feeling fully satisfied and happy. It was definitely one of the highlights of our day. Afterwards, we drove to Starsmore to capture some pictures of the Hummingbirds.

The food was delicious! We had breakfast and the pancake was the best I've ever had. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very cozy.

This cafe is great. Perfect for a date or night or just a coffee and snack. Natasha is super friendly and chatty. The staff is always friendly. The food is amazing. All made home. Large selection of coffee, beer and cocktails. Great hidden jewel where everyone is a local. Great mood.

Great out of the way place to sit outside in a garden setting while enjoying a good meal. Catch up with friends or stop by and enjoy the varied menu before heading home. No matter your choice of food, you won't be disappointed.
