We come to Springs every time. Just once it was disappointed. The wet brisket was too salty. Reason for the 4 stars. We wanted to give this feedback as they might not know. Recommend this restaurant! You even have an outdoor terrace while Covid-19.

Oh, my, this place is amazing. We went through town and decided to stop. The best decision. The brisket melts in the mouth. The sausage and potato salad is very tasteful. We're definitely coming back.

During our travels we have in the years Brisket in several different restaurants in many states... And this BBQ joint has the second best we've ever tasted! These from the city dwellers will be back before we leave Colorado Springs and whenever you are on the way near/from. Spent about $30, and we went with remnants. Regular and jalapeño sausages are good, with a nice snap to them. If you love butter, you will really enjoy 'new potatoes' there, and smoked potatoes. Banana pudding was also delicious. And the view was beautiful.

We drive down to the Springs location a few times a year, the bbq and staff are well worth the schlep!! The staff is working hard at keeping customers safe and maintaining a fantastic menu. Right now, one can get a smoked brisket flat (about 3 pounds of delicious meat) for $30. I highly recommend this menu item, cover it in their spicy sauce and you have delicious meals for days!! Thank you for keeping us safe and well fed.

Rudy 's simply has great Bar-B-Q. They 're well known for their brisket and such for lunch or dinner. What 's less well known is that they have AWESOME breakfast tacos. You really haven 't lived until you 've had Bar-B-Q brisket breakfast tacos. This location is very convenient, located on the very West edge of Colorado Springs. This makes it a great place to eat before (or after) and adventure to the West. We 've used it as a jumping off point for hiking, kayaking, walking, and other adventures in Red Rock Canyon (right next door), Woodland Park, Cripple Creek, 11-Mile State Park, and beyond. It 's a great place to stop before you 'head out on the highway. '
