Piglatin Cocina - Colorado Springs

Really enjoyed this spot! Met a friend for lunch here and I will go back again. We arrived at 11:30 on a Wednesday and it wasnt busy, but after 12pm there was a ton of people that came in so its definitely a favorite spot for some. I had the shrimp and Yucatan tacos and shared some garlic parmesan fries with my friend. Also had a really delicious mojito. The service, atmosphere, and food was great!

Food was great! Loved the vibe of the inside dining. At times it was a bit hard to have conversation effectively and efficiently because one person at the next table wanted to be the center of attention for multiple tables it felt. Margarita flight was also well worth the try! Loved the purple taco too!

The food was fantastic! If you are looking for some tasty Latin street food this is the place for you! The tacos and empanadas were fantastic, the chicharron was a little dry but with some lime juice it was very tasty! I would give this place 5 stars if it had a different environment, it is extremely loud and hectic and that’s not really my type of environment, but if you like a bar type environment go for it. I do highly suggest this place though if you and your significant other are looking to mix things up.

I had been craving an arepa sooo bad and Pig Latin exceeded all expectations! soo good, and even one is filling! the dessert was yummy, something i’ve never tasted before. the margarita is yummy too for about $10 ? the environment is funky and loud, i enjoyed it! the service was just okay, not bad just not too friendly but thats okay:

What a spot! If it weren’t for the sun shining and it being lunchtime, I’d think I were in a nightclub with the music (which I loved). Food was displayed nicely on the plates and everything is reasonably priced. They have a larger area of outdoor seating than inside it seems, but overall it wasn’t an issue.Food: 5/5
