Bidra med feedbackAs a stranger, I've been counting the days before I come back and visit this coffee shop again! The Latte art was extremely impressive and the Latte itself was very delicious. Mild, slightly sour, with only a hint of vanilla, and a good amount of cream. I got the bagel with onion and scalion cream cheese and stole my partner's chimichurri to put on the cream cheese. It was one of the most delicious breakfast items I've had for a long time. In the end I ate the chimichurri with a spoon, it was so good!!
Very cool, very Colorado coffee house. An agreeable mix of unfinished (intentionally) construction with fixtures out of a warehouse. Tasteful decorations blend well with the raw building materials used as shelves and part of the front counter. The coffee bar itself is modest but the equipment isn’t something people would pay to have in their basements. The baristas greeted a few locals with memorized orders—a very nice personal touch for those who like to frequent the establishment often. The seating was spacious—more so than just about any Starbucks anywhere and plenty of workspace if you’re here to finish your novel, screen play, or presentation for the office. The cappuccino was beautiful and the froth was extremely fluffy. The blend they used for it was mellow but also hit like a punch to the face. This was better than any cappuccino I’ve had at any of the chain places. No drive through so don’t come if you’re in a hurry. Being in a rush would kind of ruin the vibe of the place some plan to spend a few minutes. This place is fantastic and worth the trip despite being in a less-than-spectacular location. They’ll be here for a while if they continue to stick to their current model.
Great spot, great coffee, good food, cool atmosphere. My only suggestion would be to have high chairs! Would definitely visit more often if they had this for my toddler.
Super friendly staff. Great coffee every time. Today I had an Ethiopian iced pour over, WOW! My wife had an iced vanilla latte. Great on this warm sunny day. Love that they roast their own beans too. On warm days the open the garage doors which is a huge plus in CO. Nice spaces to work and access to WiFi. BONUS: super clean bathrooms.
Peak Place is tucked away on a bluff in an area that isn't visible from any road. So this place is heavily reliant on word-of-mouth advertising. It must be working. This place can fill up fast! Plenty of outdoor seating for social distancing. The inside is cozy and comfortable. Friendly service, good coffee and snacks. Arrive early or you'll be waiting in line..
