Omelets Etc. - Colorado Springs

Love to eat breakfast here! Staff like me was fast, friendly and efficient. Providing an excellent customer experience seems to be their goal every time we eat here. Mini menu choices to choose and you can not go wrong with one of them. You have a senior menu that prices cannot be beaten. Will always try to eat breakfast here if I can.

They may be busy but they are fast and good! Their French toast is delicious and their side of eggs is actually reasonably priced! The crepes are a bit fluffy for my liking but have good flavor. The coffee is always being poured and doesn’t taste bad. If it is nice out you can sit outside and enjoy the nice Colorado mornings.

The food really surprised me. It had a lot of good flavours and spice. Food came really fast. The service was super friendly. Good portions for a really good price.

Simply fantastic!! Was promptly seated on a busy Sunday and the food was so delicious I forgot to take more pictures! Will definitely need to come here again!

Service with a smile and a friendly face. The first day we ate here it was quiet but the second day it was busier and a bit noisier. I love supporting a family place and this for sure was that. A cute little boy was sitting at the counter talking with all the staff and I assume he was related to someone working. It made me feel excited to be supporting a place that is family friendly. They had great options to choose from and were very accommodating to change a dish for better liking. On the first day I had the French toast with banana and Carmel. The French toast was perfectly cooked not too moist and not too dry. The only thing I might add would be some sugared walnuts or pecans. On the second day I had the veggie omelet with hash browns. I always ask for my hash browns to be crispy but these were too crispy. The omelet was ok but not spectacular for a place called Omelets and more. I love a spiced-up omelet this veggie omelet would have been perfect with maybe a touch of everything bagel or salt and pepper even. Bland eggs are just Grose. But as you can tell the food was good enough that I went back, and I for sure will put this place on my list of restaurants ok to go to again when in that area.
