Bidra med feedbackUsed to be a good spot but the quality has gone down hill lately. On my last 2 orders my tofu had little to no color from cooking and my full sized pizza looked like they used a half the amount of dough
First time in, tried the Overnight Braised Beef and Kids Pizza. Had a very odd experience. First, the good: they offer a free kids meal after 5 PM on Sundays. My daughter enjoyed the pizza. Next, the bad: I asked about signing up for the rewards program. The female cashier suggested that I sign up after I place the order, and then download the app scan my receipt. I proceeded to place the order, and then, after it was placed, she declared that she was unable to print the receipt as the printer was out of printer paper. She got very animated and clearly upset about the issue. I suggested that they work on it and bring me the receipt later as, we were eating in and would be there a while. She came to the table to deliver our food and said that they would not be able to print the receipt at all since they were completely out of printer paper at the store. I kindly asked to speak with a manager. The manager came over and said sorry there is nothing we can do, except possibly refund, and then redo the order with the card that is attached to my rewards account. I then proceeded to log into my rewards account to be sure that my credit card was attached to the account. There seems to be a problem with the website that will not allow a credit card to be added, even though the account is active with my email address. At this point, there is no way to get the points for my purchase. Additionally, the bowl that I ordered was not received as described and pictured. It was missing the onions and mushrooms. I had to walk back up to the counter and ask for them to add the item that was clearly in the photo and in the description. The beef was also very low quality, not Angus beef as advertised. I’m really confused by the experience that we had at this location. I’m not sure I will return.
Big fan of modern market, but this location is way below par. Always seem to get food that's past it's prime. I'd recommend going one exit down I-25 South to the academy location.
We dined in today and were disappointed. We got fountain drinks but they failed to tell us their soda dispenser was broken and therefore we had limited drinks. There was no sign on it nor did they tell us at the counter when we ordered. Many of the surfaces around the restaurant were dirty and the table markers were disgusting, covered in stains and sticky. The portion sizes are inconsistent and the dessert we ordered was stale.
Over priced with poor service. Way better off going just down the street to Urban Egg. The attached photo was $30 before tip. I left hungry, my version of eating healthy isn’t necessarily eating small portions. Was good a year ago, but gone way down hill.
