Joey's Pizza - Colorado Springs

Super disappointing! Ordered pickup last night, and although it was one of the most awkward phone calls I've had, that's no reason for a negative review, so we get there and all the staff was super friendly and we didn't have to wait long to pickup our order, and we were on our way home, so good so far, right? So we make it home, open our pizza box and see four of the most burnt pieces of pizza, like full on charred! We were starving so dug in anyways, and on top of beingcompletely burnt, everything from three different topped pizza slices to their ranch tasted like they dropped a pound of salt into the ingredients! Like seriously haven't tasted something that salty.. in a long time.... We love ny pizza andwere super excited to try a new place, and thought a place successful enough to have three locations must be good, but we were so very wrong. I hope this was a one time fluke and doesn't happen to you, but we won't be returning. Picturedisclaimer: why my bf ate the most burnt two slices out of four is beyond me, but the pictures included are of the least burnt of the four.

Good pizza but unreliable. I hate getting all excited to have pizza for lunch only to not be able to get some for one reason or another. They were pretty consistent for a while but lately things have been falling apart with all the new employees. The individual slices have gotten smaller as well, they used to be big enough to compete with anyone in town. They are still incredibly busy so I must have just went in and got unlucky.

Have placed pick up orders fo pizza through this location quite a few times. Enjoy the pizza, but we have always paid for basil on our pies, but never received the basil. It's a three dollar charge, but it's consistent, and over time that stacks up. Doesn't feel good.

We stop in to grab a bite to eat and the food was delicious!! Huge slices of pizza hence the name!! The wings were also delicious as well!! The pineapple voka was good too!! My babygirl loved this place. Will definitely be back!! The people that work there were super friendly and very helpful with helping picking out a pizza to take home!!

This place is hit or miss. It seems that they've become more generous with their toppings, however the 18 pizza we just picked up was quite burnt. Their garlic knots are fantastic when cooked properly, but again have arrived burnt in the past (they were wonderful this time).
