Dutch Bros Coffee - Colorado Springs

Went to this location tonight for a coffee after a really rough day. We arrived about 9:10 PM. Even though there were only 6 or 7 cars in line it took over 30 minutes to get through. They had no one outside taking orders and okay fair it is cold. That said, when I pulled up to the window and gave my order the same gal that took my order made my drink while 3 other employees were cleaning surfaces or just standing around while talking. I could tell the gal that made my drink was very tired. She didn’t take long at all to make my drink which was great. That said, I could see why the line was taking a long time if she was the only one taking orders plus making hot, cold and frozen drinks. By the time we left the line was almost wrapped around the building. Not good Dutch fam, not good at all.

Line was long but moved quickly. Beverages were tasty as always. Always nice to patronize any Dutch Bros no matter where we go. The team was personable and engaging.

Dutch is a cult classic. from lattes to make them incredible drinks! I love that the company is striving for a big customer service, I had only a bad experience, and every other time when the employees are great!

Always enjoy coming here. For us, it's a bit pricey so it's more of a treat on an outing than a regular day. However,each time we come here the staff is friendly, the drinks are awesome, and the service is great. Definitely better than *bucks.

Usually I'll pick Dutch Bros out of convenience and for light conversation with nice people. Today was NOT that day. The girl who took my order was very curt and just overall rude. I understand that you have a job to do but you could be a little nice.
