Colorado Smokehouse - Colorado Springs

As a friend of Kansas Citian, I enjoy their BBQ classics. Just like any good KC BBQ joint you can smell the smoke as you run in the door. The series of sauce styles from all over the country should satisfy everyone. Proportions are big, so bring your appetite. Our office is just so great on the street for a birthday dinner. The man puts down some of the best BBQ I've had for a long time. Large portions of size. Had about 9 sauces to choose from scratches. Megan the women who served us was perfect, she knew how much room to eat and talk, but also interacted with us. Would recommend def to everyone.

The 2 meats and 2 side plate tonight consisting of ribs, chicken, green collars and beans. The ribs were pretty tasty and better than what I do myself. The chicken was also quite good and better with a splash sauce. Collard Greens had a unique taste that grew up on me with every bite. Beans were served just above room temperature and were sufficient. Overall a very good experience and I hope this place succeeds. Food is much better than Dickeys and Rudy.
