Carl's Jr. - Colorado Springs

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the restaurant just 15-20 minutes before closing and they made me fresh onion rings to my specific request. I ordered the western burger which came with a few onion rings. The food was served quickly and I even got a cookie crumbs shake added after I reached the window. The staff was efficient and professional, even though it was late. This level of service is not always found in other fast food restaurants that are about to close. Sonic, take note!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our order was correct, exceeding our low expectations. The food was amazing, the order was prepared quickly and accurately, and the quality was excellent. This was one of the best places we have eaten in the Springs. The prices were also very reasonable.

Ordered online, was said that there is no order placed with my name, checked the app and it was this place and my name so that they log. I ordered instead to eat in the window and lost half of my order and I was rejected on my online order, and they said I already picked it up. So I paid $70 and finished half the food I ordered, and the workers were rude.
