Somehow they allow online debit charges and they dont get the money, after being under new ownership the old owner somehow gets my money and I dont get my order. So the new and old owner both have some communication to work on asap as it tarnishes both of their reputation. At first they told us to contact the old owner for a refund then decided how ridiculous that actually sounds and gave us what we ordered. Im glad they gave us what we ordered, and sad for their new up and coming business to go through so many issues already. Losing product, dealing with customer complaints, dealing with the old owners lack of urgency on this financial matter, and their old google page information, product, and system causing confusion.To the new owner, thankyou for working with us on our order, i wish you luck.

Yummy! Nice little ice cream and gelato spot. They had plenty of options and gave me samples so I decide which flavor I wanted. The employee was sweet and helpful. Nice places to sit indoors or outdoors and enjoy your treat.

Recently I visited this charming little place with my granddaughters and was blown away from homemade ice cream and friendly service. From the moment we came in, we felt like home. They were patient and friendly with my granddaughters, who were a little overrated over all the delicious flavors. We have been treated with some of the best ice cream we have ever tasted, you can really say that it is made with care and attention to detail. After we finished our treats, we let ourselves play in a cozy little alcove with a love seat and a few toys for the girls. It was such a nice touch and made the experience even more special. Overall, I would recommend Blue Mountain Creamery to anyone looking for a big ice cream shop in Colorado Springs. The ice cream is top notch and the staff goes beyond and beyond to make you feel welcome. This will certainly be a priority stop for me every time I visit in the future!

The ice cream is delicious and the customer service is very professional. My kids loved their dessert. The only con was the small amount of options and the sides. It would be nice if they offered a little more.

We had the gelato and it was great. Our server was very nice and there's plenty of room to eat inside if you want to.
