Billy's Old World Pizza

Billy's was fantastic after a day of driving! Unfortunately no more buffet, but it is the most beautiful place if you are looking to spend quality time with someone. The deep pizzas take about 45 minutes, but if you order appetizers, the timing was perfect. We didn't feel rushed, and various dishes came out regularly, and we could enjoy every part of our meal without being overwhelmed.

All I can say is woven from customer services to the deep pizza!! First, I would like to thank you (I did not receive his name) the older man who took my order. He was the buyer, answered the phones, prepared commands, cooking the dishes and waiting tables!! This was my first time I ever tried a deep plate pizza and I must say it is very tasteful, delicious, super chess and super heavy lol!! I've never done it because it looked like bread. My deep dish came with pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon and bacon. I also added black olives. Oh, yeah, there was another customer in front of me and he suggested I try the deep dish.

We went to Billy's search for a quiet place to make Valentine's dinner and pizza sound good. Owner was super nice gave us great recommendations (cheat meal, if we take time to cook about 45 minutes) so we got some homemade meatballs (very tasty) and share fresh cuts while we waited. The meatballs were sooo delicious the sauce was perfect! That meant that the pizza could be really good. When it came out, it was perfect. Crust was 2DF!! Crispy crunchy on the outside and yummy goodness on the inside. Sauce again perfect. Cheese! It was definitely the best Chicago style pizza we ever had. I recommend Billy's pizza to everyone!! This was my first time, and I have to say that I want to come back!! Although it was like a man who led the whole thing, the waiting times were quite short and the food was amazing. We have the garlic cheese bread as an appetizer and it was hot, fresh and delicious!! Soon after the completion of the bread our pizzas came out and the cheese was stretchy and hot, with the sauce and herbs on the pizza all melt together to a fragrant and delicious experience!! The man who runs the restaurant was the owner I think and he was incredibly friendly and attentive, though he was so busy. He did his best to welcome us, review us and get us refills, and make us welcome in general. We didn't finish our food, but he gave us good stable boxes to take our food home and was certainly helpful to make sure we were all set up. I highly recommend visiting this amazing restaurant and trying their pizza. I personally ate pizza in Italy and this place sent me back there, it was so good!! Your secret sauce and pizza are just incredible!!

Awesome pizza! Thin or deep dish! And Jim is a very nice guy. In my opinion, this is THE BEST pizza in the Springs, The freshest ingredients, never skimped on... cheesy goodness... made by people who obviously love what they do. Just go... go now... don't wait, cause you're missing it!
