Sabores - Colorado City

Sabores Restaurant is the BEST Mexican Food in West Texas. The owner is the chef, and he creates each meal with passion and pride! Mario has progressed from an area food truck to a brick and mortar location here in Snyder. He has earned this review because his Fresh Food is better than anything you will find in the Abilene-Lubbock-Midland triangle! Try his 'red sauce ' on your enchiladas, which is to me a true chili gravy. The chips and salsa are a great intro to the homemade guacamole! The Cocoa Mexicano he special orders from Mexico is the largest soda bottle I have ever seen!Trip Advisor, take note: Sabores Restaurant is the BEST!

Salt of the earth people running this place. Just opened, but off to a great start. The food is delicious. Large portions, the dishes with meat have plenty of it, no charges for little extras like chip refills, and such friendly service. You can tell right away they really care about their business and customers. We will be back soon : Its hard to recommend a dish here because there are so many tasty things on the menu! Much of the food tastes like its made from scratch. I will say, you should definitely give the churros and ice cream a try!! Fantastic enchiladas too!
