Subway - Colonial Heights

The bread I received at this restaurant was supposed to be fresh, but it was anything but! It was so hard that it made my sandwich difficult to eat. Despite there being multiple employees working, only one was on the line preparing food for customers, which seemed odd. Additionally, when I had to instruct the person making my sandwich on how to properly assemble it so that my ingredients would fit, they had difficulty following my instructions and were quite rude to not only customers before me, but also to me.

I ordered a pretzel with cheese at the restaurant and it was just okay. Unfortunately, it was a bit soggy and overly salty. The inside of the pretzel was cold, so I had to reheat it at home. The nacho cheese was average and seemed to be reheated from the fridge. Overall, I probably wouldn't order it again. However, I highly recommend trying their cinnamon sugar pretzel, as it is amazing!

The restaurant prides itself on serving fresh food, and it definitely lived up to its motto with our meal.
