I didn't eat at the restaurant in particular, but if I went through that basement full of magic to memories. the place is known to the people, and they suggest you visit it. When you arrive, you see tables outside, and some wooden tiles form the way to the basement. Once inside, you're invading the perfume to the salads and especially the cheeses. the basement is embellished in a rustic way, in terms of generating a goat feeling, and is separated into several rooms. Once inside they are distributed throughout the salami, different varieties of cheese, jams, conserves of all kinds, artisan beers and even some wines. I mean, a place to lock up with a bag of bread and live, basically. a detail for nothing less is the prices. clearly this place is a tourist attraction, so apply rates for tourists. for me, too much. they gave us to try a Sardinian cheese that was amazing, but when we went to see the price, a hermit was up to $100 (March 2016). In short, the cheese cellar is a beautiful place, and if you allow the pocket, you will get excellent quality products.
I think that's a must to see, it's a must to visit in colon. They have an underground hall of cheese and dry meat. It is a little easy to miss when you drive so stay...
I think that's a must, must visit colon. they have an underground hall of cheese and dry meat. it is a little easy to miss when they drive, so they remain tuned for a yellow letter on wood. they also have an outside seating area where they can sit and enjoy a afternoon drink or lunch. the way it works is quite simple, they go into, they choose what they want and pay. one of the choices is a mix of meat, sausage and cheese that they can eat outside along with drinks and broth. they also let the pills hold! we enjoyed every second eating was great and we had some to go. next time in the opposite we will definitely be back!
