The restaurant has a great location and is nicely decorated. However, the air conditioning was not working during my visit. It took a long time for a waiter to come take my order, and even longer for them to bring water. My kids were thirsty and uncomfortable. It seems that as the restaurant gets more popular, the service and quality decline. I will reconsider before deciding to visit again.

If you're looking for a recommendation at this restaurant, try the burger. Skip the submarines, pizzas, and sandwiches - maybe considering opting for a fresh juice instead. But seriously, don't miss out on trying their beef burger. It's worth it.

We used to be regular customers at Dinemore Gangarama Outlet, but we are disappointed to say that the service and cleanliness have significantly declined. It is crucial for them to address these issues and provide the best possible service to their customers. The state of the toilets and wash basins is unacceptable. We hope that management will take this feedback constructively and make necessary improvements for their own benefit in the future.

The best submarines in Sri Lanka.. Tast is really good. I recommend submarine with chocolate milk shake : but due to high crowd, level of service is bit poor.. Otherwise it's bast palce to dine...

Great Submarines, quick service and cheap. Its halal. Kids love their shakes and for those who are absolutely famished, they serve up great Biriyani rice and naan bread with curry.
