Sushi EN - Cologne

We're back and forth in the Sushi En before a cinema visit. There is no need to put something on the service of kindness or sushi. What disturbed me is the bottle in the restaurant. The food runs around the counter on a treadmill and then takes off a desired, different-colored plate with sushis. The guests are grouped on bar stools around the counter and in the inner circle the chefs always produce new coats. Very efficient! Then stack the colored plates before yourself until you get tired and then fall out of the chair only when you take the bill.
