Great discovery at Hoerdt's organic salon: a pure delight!! Bravo!

Well, I'm not vegan but I tasted the blueberry cheesecake and the strawberry passion mousse at the organic salon and frankly it's not bad, the textures and taste of the prisms are tops it seems to make with fresh cheese.

All dishes are excellent! The forest sauce is amazing as well as kebab and röstis burgers. The service was also very warm, the super kind waitresses!

I highly recommend this restaurant !!! The welcome is warm, the team is listening and concerned about the well-being of customers. In addition, the plates are packed with quality products with pleasant dressages and proportions. The philosophy of the patrons described on their site is well respected on a daily basis and I am delighted at each of my culinary getaways at home! Thank you to the whole team! =D
