Ihop - Colmar Manor

The sandwich tasted somewhat off like something was going bad. onion rings where good as always. the soup was pretty good....no utensils and crispy cheese for soup was rubbery.

Sirloin Steak Tips Eggs has been better. Flavor of steak was good but both meals had steak that was well done and slightly tough. Hash browns were too crispy. Eggs were OK.

I frequent ihop, and I usually do not do reviews, but absolutely the worst customer service app ever experienced. I asked to talk to a manager, and I was told that no manager was available. I asked for company number, they don't know what the company number is. I asked them if they need help with the load they reach, they said the manager. I asked for the number of managers they don't know the manager number. I stood where they passed by me and when I asked for help, they both told me that they were not on the clock, but went on to serve other people who were in the restaurant. even went so far to sit down someone who came after me, I don't know if it's just this particular layer. but that was the most disgusting behavior of the customer service I ever received at ihop.

Really disappointed with the service, I think the chef needs classes as you cook a batch.

IHOP BLADENSBURG IS HORRIBLE. Service was HORRIBLE, food was half cooked and one of the orders had hair in it, waiters and manager have no sense of customer service. Will NEVER set foot in that place. College park IHOP makes this place (IHOP BLADENSBURG)look like a DUMPSTER. We were at this location on a Saturday night May 21, 2022
