Subway - Collinsville

Not very pleased with the manager. Everyone wonders why no one wants to work in the food industry its because of people like her. The last 4 or 5 times I have gone there she has done nothing but be rude and disrespectful to her employees. It truly breaks my heart for them. One time it was because there was a girl working by herself and had accidentally burnt the bread because there was a line of people that she was making food for. Today she was talking smack saying something along the lines of see that 's how you close a sandwich right and picking on the girl at the register because of how she gave me my change. Hope things get better for those poor employees.

The food and service were great at this restaurant, but it was so chilly inside that we ended up taking our food out to the car to finish. This seems to be a common issue at Subways. They should consider installing a separate heating unit for the dining area and another for the lobby. It was so cold that day that the customer behind us chose to leave without even placing an order. Overall, the dining experience was good, but the temperature inside definitely needs improvement.
