Subway - Collinsville

I believe the man I interacted with was the manager. I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches and he customized them exactly to my liking, which showed a strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction. He was an African American man, and I mention this not out of prejudice but as a fellow black individual myself. Whenever I return to the restaurant and see him working, I am always pleased and satisfied with my experience. Additionally, one of my favorite things about this place is their Subway sandwiches.

I stopped a tasty sandwich and anthony was the young man who threw my chicken bacon ranch. I must say his customer service was exceptional! he was happy, friendly, worked quickly during preparation my eating with carefree and easy to speak while waiting for my eating. thank you anthony! in the days of time it is unusual to cross paths with such an individual. thanks for making my Monday pleasant. oh and my sandwich was on the spot!

Screaming from the hospitality and the short personal team anthony was caring and passionate he held all orders right! he took time to make sure that eating went fresh out of his way great service

Working with workers was incredibly rude for the people before me. rude enough that I turned around and went. never seen service so bad before. he really shouldn't have a job.

All I have to say is I haven't been to this subway in years because of the people even tho its 5 mins from my house. My husband went there and ordered food cause we didn't want to drive to Maryville. Those guys working now are soooooo sweet and were sooo personable. We will be back now all the time. Thank you for having great people finally working at your store! I can't say enough about the guys you have now, keep it up guys!
