Long John Silver's A&w (70222)

I've never been in this place and wanted to try. the lady with the short blonde hair gave me a dirty look as if I shouldn't be there. also the floor was covered with oil and I almost slipped. I didn't eat there.

Everything was too hard in what seemed to be old fat. they asked for a weed sauce. was not given. they were made of cocktail sauce. everything was fat and fried in old fat. while nothing was burned, everything was hard and greasy and dark brown. I used to love eating at this place. I'm not back. very regrettable.

Whatever they do, they do not go to this particular place, they do not care about the quality of food. they will give them the help of the portion size they should. when they try to call them, they do not answer the phones because I am sure they are aware that it is a customer complaint. spend their money with another location, but don't waste their time or money. if the company really well maintained, management would have responded to all these reviews, but this is just about showing them exactly the treatment they receive. save time and money. all this could be avoided if they have taken their time and have actually answered their handys for such moments.

While the staff was friendly, eating was terrible! first I had to go back because they forgot my hair for a fish and chicken loaf! the fries were cold and disgusting! fish and huh were gummy. I couldn't even eat it! I'm from $13, I'm not going back!

First time ordering online. Went to pickup,parked and called number on the sign. Rang several times, message said they were busy and I would need to call back. Machine hung up on me. Waited in drive thru lane, fourth in line and was told to come around. Meals were brought out to us.
