Kfc - Collinsville

$40.00 bucket meal. Chicken was THE WORST we ever had..actually threw in trash except sides. NASTY ..HORRIBLE experience!

It seems everytime we fo there has been an issue with our order. This evening was unfortunately the worst. Went inside for take out, got all the way home to discover, no biscuits, missing a mashed potato no gravy. Drove back to have corrected only toend up with a TBS of gravy, another mac n cheese instead of the missing mashed potatoes. Wow! I'm done.

Food was good but I asked for 5 piece tenders and they only gave me 4.

We need to visit budget car rental office as was facing some issue in the car while coming back to Bentonville from chicago. Saw kfc near the place and thought of ordering food. We have ordered biscuit l, juice and sweet corn for our kid but he didn’t like that May be he is not in the mode to eat , so we ate it and it tastes good. He likes sweet corn with some salt and they were without salt so may be that’s why he refused. Please ask them about salty one if you like it that way or grab some salt from the store as we were unaware about this.

Ordered 16 piece family meal from kfc cllnsvlle rite well wen i went pick it up got it bak 2 my hotel room i noticed it waz very greasy tha chicken waz fallen apart wen i went take it out of the bucket wen i contacted manager bout it manager ddnt seem concerned about it waz kinda smrt a didn't act like they even cared they did offer replacement but waz no use since i had already strtd eaten it wsnt very gd all tha manager acted annoyed with me because i waz callin to complain about the chicken bein greasy waz afraid if i did get a replacement i was afraid of them doin something else to my food something else to my food because i was complaining about the food
