Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

First order from Freddie. I ordered a single hamburger with mustard and pickles. I was the only one in the ride, but it took 5 minutes to get my burger. I turned the car off and waited. When the young man gave me my order, the bag was very fat. The hamburger tasted good, but was also greasy, and there were no napkins in the bag. I can try one of their desserts at some point, but probably not order Hamburgers from them again.

Today for lunch with my family. First there was an order mix. It was quickly and efficiently supervised by the young man who was responsible. The food was delicious. Good job! Thank you?

Edit my review because I just had another great experience. The BBQ Bacon Burger is dying. Staff were friendly and place was very clean. You have to try Freddys if you don't have it yet. Food is excellent and employees are always a pleasure. During this visit (2/24), however, the place was locked at 4:15 without signs at the door. People inside stared at us. Editing my review because the customer service was fantastic and has great communication. I look forward to the next visit to Freddy!

I'm sure Freddy's fan. My favorite could be the hot dogs and the lemonade. I was there on the 4th at 2:00. This was one of the few places that were open on holiday to get food. There were three women working, and they got their ass. The line was wrapped around the parking lot and the lobby was full. They have to be recognized how hard they worked. They were definitely undermined for demand.

Went at a non rush time, 4pm. Order was filled incorrectly, received shake instead of Sundae, trash cans are overflowing, floors were slick from grease or something, bathrooms were out of toilet paper and paper towels in dispensers. But at least omeone had set out rolls nearby. Custard tasted good at least. Saw plenty of staff (at least 8 within eye sight, shift change? so not sure if they just had a busy day or what, but it was a sad experience.
