Arby's - Collinsville

Very bad service, food not worth the price!! And my order was wrong. Stay away!!

We literally left as we were told we were unable to customize a sandwich by excluding toppings we did not want. Never experienced such a thing as we are typically big Arby's fans at other locations.

We were on the way home from vacation and pulled in for some fast food so we could keep going. It took almost 30 minutes for our food to come out. This was a real frustration for us and our boys with significant mental health disabilities.

5 stars for me b/c of the chicken tenders and curly fries but closing at 8pm is insane, let’s change it up to 9pm and be considerate. Thank you.

Hit or miss on order accuracy. Specifically in the drive-thru.Just 2 days ago ordered a double roast beef meal and a French dip. Got all the way home, found a classic meal and no dip for the French dip. Happens 50% of the time at the drive-thru.
