Tim Hortons - Collingwood

This tim is a normal tim hortons, but the service is friendly and so fast. I was not sure that the coffee down in the pickup area was mine, it was just that it was so fast after the order. a customer a few minutes later asked if it was really her bagel because it was so fast. the personal greeted everyone when they arrived. so different from a big city tims.

I started working in Collingwood recently and this is the only Tim hortons I’ll go to. The staff are so friendly, even with big drive thru line ups they get things done super efficiently. I have an annoying order because I’m not a fan of The new egg and everyone is so patient and understanding. I’ve heard the staff double check that there is no egg on my wrap once I get to the window (I would pick it off if there was, mistakes do happen I just hate to waste it) which is so much appreciated. There is one blonde lady that I almost always have the pleasure of being served by, she is absolutely wonderful, so kind and even with a mask you can always tell she has a smile under it. Great location!

Not very happy, i have ordered caprese sandwich and hazelnut latte. Latte was pretty good but the sandwich contained old mozzarella cheese. I would probably not go back to this location

Parking lot has a huge crater that will mess up your vehicles. Love the prompt service but the fact that this crater has been here for months on end with no pylons marking it makes for this rating of 1.
