Dairy Queen - Collingwood

It was a big break. they have a 2 for $5 snack menu. on this menu there is a small cheeseburger and small fries, so I ordered this. I also ordered a regular pop. it came to $10.49, so I asked at windows why so much? her computer computed me $5 for the frits and regular softdrink and calculated me for the overcooked cheeseburger at $4.89 next time I will go to mcdonald’s

Absolutely horrendous service. The cashiers have bad attitudes, but I can’t blame them because there was a male worker that was screaming at them. We were waiting 15 minutes for a grilled chicken wrap, so we asked the cashier if it was going to be ready soon. The cashier asked her male colleague who then screamed at her saying “DOES IT LOOK LIKE ITS READY? USE YOUR BRAIN!” Then he proceeded to make food with dirty hands, I saw him touch multiple surfaces and items without washing his hands, then he took sliced tomatoes out of a container with his bare hands. I will never return to this location, and I don’t recommend anyone coming here unless you want to see young girls get yelled at.

Dirty space and also staffs are very rude( i think they are tired and don’t care anymore for customers) They are talking to us very rude way! We ordered 2 ice cream and one salad and when we got one ice cream we asked them for second one! And the guy( old guy) screaming to us u have already one and it’s not enough?? We showed him and told we have two kids and it was ordered 2 ice cream! We went inside and asking to have second one in our receipts showing Any ways long store short They said ok WE WILL GIVE U FOR FREE lol Which is not true! We already paid and don’t need to get anything from u guys for FREE! Never ever go there in collingwood location! Keep away everyone from that location

First i want to tell customers service are awful ( the old guy is coming to us and screaming and speaking to us like his employees or anyone else Food was ok just they bring different order and waiting 10-12 min to get our order but still wrong order! Anyways don’t recommended to anyone We are not going to there anymore! U guys lost very good customer

I feel bad for the manager. The people working aren't very good. Millennials really dont care and have no common sense. Was given two giant ice creams with no lid, filled to the top and no tray? I had to ask and then she said just do it yourself. Maybe pay them more cuz the standard you are getting in very low The meat in the burgers wasn't cooked! Absolute garbage.....never again!!
