Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely LOVE the food from here. We eaten in a couple times, and been the only customers there. I think they must do all their business from take out or delivery. Tonight we tried pick up and goodness the quality and quantity of the food was amazing. But so was the price. Maybe you get a break for eat in, but it sure didn't seems as expensive there. Still we'll go back as often as we can afford to. Their food is worth it!
SAITO 3 recently added Vietnamese Pho to the menu, and it is authentic and rich with the best broth Collierville has to offer! I really like their sushi rolls, and the hibachi lunch portions are large flavorful. It’s a great value for lunch and never too busy. Highly recommended!
I wish the owners and staff of the Collierville location good luck because they were super nice, but this location will not survive without some big and immediate improvements. The cleanliness, atmosphere, and food were not up to par. Walking in: the floor was sticky and the place was practically empty at 6 pm on a Friday. Walking to the table: floor was still sticky. Sitting at the table: could hear the waitress's shoes stick to the floor as she walked through the restaurant. Waiting at the table: country music playing through the speakers...this is a Japanese restaurant. At this point all I could think was don't eat any sushi or anything not fully cooked or fried....and I don't like fried food but I'll sacrifice to avoid....we'll you know. Food arrives: salad was super salty (yep salty), soup and bowl were super hot (guessing microwaved) with little flavor, edamame was amazing (good job), pho was okay at best, bento box was a mix of okay and really bad (except the edamame which they seem to be good at preparing). Fried rice had no flavor...how can fried rice and salad be so bad? These are the two easiest things to not mess up. Was attended to by a very very nice gentleman during the course of dinner, but the smell of cigarette smoke was powerful. Prices were okay, but probably on the higher side considering the low quality of food. Upon leaving the staff was super friendly. Conclusion: great staff but low quality food which was not prepared well. No one should consume a meal and be worried about their health in the following 5-8 hours afterwards. And if anyone is wondering why I just did not leave in the first few minutes...the answer is that spending time with my dinner partner was worth any and all discomforts. I want local businesses to survive, but I'm not sure about this location. Best of luck, and if you're working at this location, please consider some immediate changes to increase your chances of success. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
Establishment was clean (and sparse) when we walked in. Staff was very friendly and said sit wherever we liked. We ordered egg rolls, vegetable spring rolls, Vietnamese spring rolls, and yakisoba hibachi noodles with chicken. The Vietnamese spring rolls were excellent! They are served cold, we're very fresh and the peanut sauce was great. The egg rolls and vegetable spring rolls came four to a serving. They are mini rolls, and just average. The noodle dish was flavorful, but average.
This was the worst sushi. All of the rice tasted like a dirty dish rag and my sushi was not even what we ordered. Very disappointing!
