Great American Cookies - Collierville

4 workers in the back who make/bake the food and frost cookies are NOT wearing masks and NO HAT. They are more busy talking than working too. The two people in front are great employees tho. New covid rule says "if you work in a setting like a restaurant that has close contact with people who are unmasked and if other workers are not vaccinated, then all employees need to be wearing masks ESPECIALLY the ones talking over the cookies

Super nice help and the pretzels?? are tasty! Yup, my cookie cake was fantastic, but I went there for pretzels. Nice snack on a trip out of town. Nice to walk through a beautiful out door mall in February as well.

The Collierville Great American Cookie came in and saved the day after Germantown dropped the ball on my son?s birthday order (which after reading their reviews I am so relieved they lost my order ???????? I ordered 3 cakes 2 days before I needed them and it wasn?t an issue. The cakes were exactly what I asked for, fresh, and tasty! The number and letter cakes they offer now are awesome!! I highly recommend for showers and birthday parties. Please visit them for yummycookies and cakes for your next event.

I got 10 cookies...mostly the chewy pecan, soooo moist and delicious!

I love the great American cookie store. If you haven't tried the chewy chocolate supremes I definitely recommend it. A great place to take the family for a treat!
