The food was outstanding! The staff was incredibly friendly.

I have visited this restaurant twice in the past few weeks. The BBQ sandwich is excellent, and the onion rings are also delicious.

Captain John's catfish dinner on Fridays is one of my favorite treats. It's probably the best catfish I have ever had. The staff is friendly, efficient and accommodating. The food is made to order.

I love finding the not so well known hidden treasure restaurants and this is DEFINITELY one of them. I'm still thinking about that bologna sandwich...2 months later. Im ready to drive 80 miles for this!!!!We'll be back soon. (And I see a lot of comments on the wait. Remember GOOD things take time. It's a small locally owned business and I hope they stay just like that. The wait is just part of the experience. U will be happy u flexed ur patience)
