Bidra med feedbackWe visited recently the region of the Italian Alps north of the city of Turin in Italy where my grandfather was from. After few hours of exploring the town of Colleretto Castelnuovo where he was born we headed for lunch to this mountain restaurant near the Sanctuary of Santa Elisabetta. The food was wonderful. The owner and his wife friendly and welcoming. The restaurant beautiful . It was a wonderful Piedmontese experience! The views from the restaurant were amazing!
From driving up the mountain to the hours we spent on the table there should be no better option to spend Easter with family/friends. It is a feast! It is a non-stop service with a friendly staff bringing each item in the menu to your table. If you want more... you get more, and more. A few options of white and red wine but just perfect to pair the food. All tables are taken by huge families that get together to celebrate Easter which creates a great atmosphere. I believe we arrived at noon and stayed until 5 or 6pm!
