We decided to dine out and try some authentic food. We were extremely pleased with our order, which ranged from beef heart to tofu salad. The three meat combo was also a great choice, allowing us to sample a variety of popular meats. The service was friendly and the food arrived hot and fresh. For a unique and daring option, we recommend trying the beef heart - it was cooked and seasoned perfectly.

We had a great time during lunch at this restaurant. The service was good and the food was authentic. Even a vegan Peruvian diner found options on the menu that she could enjoy. Highly recommended!

The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious! I am giving it 4 stars because of the long wait times and high prices. You may have to wait for over 20 minutes for your food and spend over $50 for a meal for two. However, the food is very flavorful and authentic.

So much more than a meal, our visit here was an experience. The service was fantastic from start to finish, and every part of the meal was delicious. We discovered so many new things in this one meal, and it sparked so much excitement at finding a whole new type of cuisine. We'll definitely remember this place as our first exposure to a whole new world of food, and anytime we are remotely near Aji, we'll make the time to stop by.
