Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Asked for wings w/o sauce and give me some on the side for diving, got house wings were coated and drop in a pool of sauce.

I’ll give it a 3 based on the fact that I like the food. But we traveled to CS for a game and upon leaving thought maybe we’d stop for food. Online it said “opens at 10am” we got there, there’s a sign outside that says “now open from 10am to 10pm”. The door was open so we go in (10:01am) and the guys said “we’re not open until 10:30”. Why is there two things saying 10am but the employee saying 10:30…. Wasted our time driving across town..It is what is though! What can ya do.

My kids love Zaxby's and I can see why. The chicken is always fresh as it was on this visit. My Cobb salad was good. The service was fast and courteous. I took one star away because the stench of urine in the bathroom was overwhelming. I've seen worse bathrooms, but they can do better.

The establishment is nice and clean. Unfortunately the food just isn't good. The sandwich tastes like chemicals.

We always have the best experience. They have the best cashier (Patti) always so helpful and remembers your order! The place is alway clean when she’s around! Thanks again Patti for making our lunches fun!!
