The restaurant was closed, and a notice on the door mentioned that it was shut down due to unpaid debts.
The restaurant had a strong odor reminiscent of old fish, and both its appearance and taste reflected the same sentiment — it felt like we were eating overcooked seafood that had seen better days. It's the only place I've been to that managed to ruin a lobster tail. They also failed to honor our reservation time and revoked our Open Table reservation points simply because we were willing to sit at the bar instead of waiting an additional 20-30 minutes. It felt unfair to be penalized for trying to accommodate them. In the end, we were left with a disappointing experience marked by poor service and nearly inedible food. It's time for this establishment to reconsider its operations.
The staff and service were exceptional. Our main dish was delicious and satisfying; however, the chips served with the artichoke and lobster dip were chewy and overly greasy, and the dip itself was too runny.
Great Service and Delicious Food! It was my wife's birthday, and I had mentioned it to the restaurant, but they didn’t acknowledge it. It also seemed like they weren’t aware that we had an OpenTable reservation, as they simply seated us. Later, I received a message from OpenTable apologizing for us not making it to our reservation at Red Lobster. However, we did keep our reservation and informed them that we had booked through OpenTable. We indeed went to Red Lobster!
